Visual3D Academy provides a subscription service that allows our members/users to access (“Visual3D Academy content”) over the Internet to certain Internet-connected, computers and other devices. By registering for our products, you have accepted these Terms of Use, which govern your use of our service. Personal identifying information is subject to the Privacy Policy of Visual3D Academy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
As used in these Terms of Use, “Visual3D Academy “, “our service” or “the service” means the service provided by Visual3D Academy for learning content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content associated with our service.
Subscription
Your Visual3D Academy subscription(s) will terminate at the end of the term and will not automatically renew. To access Visual3D products, you must be affiliated with an educational entity. Additionally, you must have internet access to utilize the Visual3D Academy services.
Billing
All billing will be conducted via invoice. A purchase order is required to register educators and students. The billing terms will be outlined on the invoice. Payments can be made using either a credit card or a check. If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason, we may suspend your access to the service until we can successfully charge a valid payment method. Please note that for some payment methods, the issuer may impose additional fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other processing charges. We recommend checking with your payment method service provider for details.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof at any time and in any manner, we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. Price changes will only take effect for new registrations.
No Refunds
Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, following any cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation
Cancellation is not necessary, as subscriptions do not automatically renew.
